Have you ever heard about Kerbal Space Program?
It is a space flight simulation game where you impersonate a space agency by building the spacecraft, making orbital calculations and setting the goals of your own space missions.
This game is about experimenting, messing up, trying again (and again and again and again) and eventually making a breakthrough – and when that breakthrough happens, you feel like you’ve achieved something pretty incredible on your own, rather than merely by slavishly following pre-written instructions.
The KSP workshop will be held on December 16th between 4:00 p.m. and 7 p.m. at the university in “via Montaspro”, during which @riccardo_amadio, @davidemcomo and the kerbals will introduce the game and present you some challenges that will help you master the principles of orbital mechanics.🌐
It’s important that anyone who’s interested in attending the workshop fill out the form that you can find here, due to the limited spots available, and bring his computer (with MATLAB installed) on the day of the workshop!
